Canva is amazing!!! I LOVE it and use it daily. If you haven’t heard of Canva yet, it’s an online graphic design tool that you can use in your browser, as well as in their app. Canva has a standard free version, but the Canva PRO version is worth the investment (it's like $10 a month if you pay annually).

As a solo agent who wears all the hats in my business, I want everything to be on brand. And Canva Pro helps me do that. Consistently. No matter where I am or what I need. It also makes it SUPER easy for me to help my eXp partners quickly by sharing templates I've already spent the time to create. So all they have to do is swap fonts and colors and go!

I LOVE this scheduling platform! It removes me as the middle man from the scheduling process. No more back and forth emails or texts about how busy we all are! I haven't hired an assistant yet, so Calendly is a must for me. It makes “finding time” with clients and agents a breeze. And, I think, it adds a level of professionalism, too.

Are you just getting started and short on funds? Mailchimp is free if you have less than 2,000 subscribers. It's not as pretty or easy to customize as Flodesk, but any email is better than none! Most social media accounts only give you the chance to share one link in your bio, so you better make that tiny link a mighty powerful one! Bio.site lets you share all of your links in one place. It’s free AND they have an app, so you can update your links easily while on the go. They do offer a paid version if you’re really into analytics and customizing your link profile page, but I get by just fine with my free account.
